Dequerdas is a medium range style of weaponry application. The Dequerdas training surrounds the defensive actions and counter attacking maneuvers using a baton or small sword.

It is a simple but effective method of defense that is easily taught and learned with little time for training. Using three engagements and four follow-up options, the practitioner of Dequerdas develops a skillset that is easy to remember and takes less training time then other traditional styles. Developed for Law Enforcement and security deployment, the Dequerdas structure has self-Defense as its objective.
