Suro Emanuel Hart has dedicated most of his life to preserving and promoting the art of Inayan Eskrima, as taught to him by Mangisursuro Michael G. Inay. With over 37 years of study and practice, Suro Hart has played a significant role in the evolution and dissemination of this Filipino martial art worldwide.

- Began training in 1984 in San Jose, California, USA.

- Suro Hart was the only non-family member to be named by GM Inay as one of three heirs (Suro) to the Inayan System of Eskrima.

- Assisted GM Inay in seminars throughout the USA and participated in three European tours (1992-1994), introducing Inayan Eskrima to England, Germany, France, Norway, and Sweden.
- Collaborated with GM Inay in developing the Pressure Sensitive Nerve Areas (PSNA) and Reactive Knife Defense (RKD) programs.
- Played a critical role in the establishment of the Inayan Training Organization and its programs.

- Guest instructor at the first and second FMA (Filipino Martial Arts) festivals in Europe in 2002 and 2004.
